Review over Green MotionAt pickup, we were explicitly told we were fully insured and charged 360 MAD per day for insurance, which according to their own tables equals Premium Plus coverage. Super CDW costs only 120 MAD/day, yet after the rental they suddenly claimed we were not fully covered.
They then charged 5,000 MAD for a tiny “star” on the windscreen, refused to provide photos, and kept the deposit. The value is completely unjustified.
More red flags:
Pickup in the dark, impossible to inspect the car properly
Credit cards falsely claimed “not working” to force charges
An unauthorised 600 MAD fee, refunded only after an argument
Customer service hides behind fine print and ignores clear pricing evidence.
This is not a misunderstanding — it’s deliberate and systematic theft.
Avoid at all costs.
