Todays experience was the final straw in a long list of very mediocre experiences. The car I had booked was not in the right place - again - and after calling the callcenter, which took a long wait (more than 10mins), we finally got a new car, which also didnâ��t work. The message each time was â��sorry fir the inconvenience but if a driver doesnâ��t return the car in its rightful placeâ�¦ OR sorry But you logged into The car With your app too many times so now you need to use your greenwheels card, making me feel frustrated and not supported. It seems The software of The app is not updated, if a car is not in its rightful place you should be able to fix this in The app. The support center is left With limited options to really support its customers, which makes for frustrated agents and i was now again late for an appointment which meant stress on The group that was waiting for me. Not a reliable provider since PON took over. A real shame.
