Worst car rental ever
Review over Sicily By CarWould not recommend to book your car here! The service is the worst. We told the staff at the airport that we needed the car for long distance travel. Yet, they did not recommend us a different car and ended up giving us an electric one. This car ruined our trip. After driving for 1 hour the battery of the car was empty. We ended up spending our weekend finding charging stations and charging the car. Which took 3 hours every time - 6 hours charging a day. We were not able to reach any of our destinations since the car literally could not make it. We have spent hours sitting in our car in the middle of nowhere because we could not continue. After contacting them, they told us that it was our own problem that we booked an electric car. First of all, we were not aware of that and secondly we ended up paying twice as much since there were a lot of additional cost we were also not aware of. With the information that we gave them they should have at least recommended a different car or give us a (partial) refund. They are refusing to find a middle ground - which makes it utterly clear for me to never book with them again.
