Made a booking with an insurance. TThere was mentioned FREE Cancelation. There was never mentioned that you can cancel the booking for free, but there was not mentioned that the fee for insurance was charged to your creditcard at the moment of booking. . An email was send with three PDF's included from AXA. During the time of cancellation (was less than 24 hours before pick-up) I became aware that the fee for insurance was paid in advance and I did not get a refund, it was mentioned somewhere in the sent email, and not in the mail itself, but only in one of the included PDF's.
