Zeer slechte service van ned verhuurbedrijf

Did not get my rental car because amount on creditcard not enough. Info about amount needed insufficiënt. No help at all from company. They told me it was out of their hands and i had to call the maroccon rental company myself. Now
almost two weeks waiting for money to be deblocked from creditcard. I also called about that and again no help from Cardelmar.
