Flexibility when needed
Review over AlamoWe would like to thank Mr. John Curtis and Mr.Rich Driesbach from Alamo Miami beach , Collins Drive personally for their flexibility and service, without them we could not have been able to have a holiday at all!
Our prepaid tour of Florida was all arranged and due to an unforseen blokkage of my husbands credit card on Christmas day we did not have a driving licence that corresponded with a credit card, any other company would not have allowed us to take out the rental car.
We are very grateful that these two men went out of their way to make it possible for us to have our holiday, it took the necessary filling in of forms but thanks to their empathy we did not have to take the first flight back to Holland.
We had a wonderful time and were able to enjoy Florida thankyou again.
