Geblokkeerd zonder reden!!

Review over Sixt

I had a very disappointing and shocking experience at the Sixt branch in Hoofddorp with their so-called branding manager, Sneha. After being a loyal customer for years, renting cars regularly, I was treated with complete disrespect.

When asked for feedback, I gave an honest review about my experience – which was truthful – but instead of accepting constructive criticism, Sneha verbally attacked me in front of both customers and staff. She went on a tirade, showing unprofessional and unacceptable behavior, and then ordered me to leave the branch simply because I expressed my honest opinion.

To make matters worse, I was told I could no longer rent from Sixt ever again, essentially banning me for sharing feedback they themselves requested. This is the opposite of customer care and shows a total lack of respect for loyal clients.

No manager, especially someone representing “branding,” should behave in such a way – shouting at customers, humiliating them in public, and silencing honest opinions. It is extremely disappointing to see such unprofessionalism from a company I trusted for years.

This experience has completely changed the way I view Sixt. If this is how they treat loyal customers who simply answer their questions honestly, then it speaks volumes about their values and customer service standards.
