Very rude staff
Review over Record Go Rent a CarVery rude staff, shuttle service didn't come after 1h waiting in 40°C outside the airport. Not reachable by phone and if they were.. very rude. Didn't refund the taxi, not even with prove and communication through my broker Easyterra. Maffia tricks for insurance.. a car you didn't order, to big, dirty and consuming lots of gasoline. I am 53 years old rent cars allover the world but never had such an experience. Please try other rental companies.
