Review over Record Go Rent a CarFalse claims of Damages
I made a trip with Record Go Barcelona Airport and I made pictures of the vehicle before I drove away. On these pictures there clearly was a damage visible, however Record Go Barcelona Airport still invoiced me for the damages.
I tried reaching out to RecordGo and VipCars, but I am not getting any response.
- The Vip Cars chat is stuck in "Connecting" for hours
- You cannot call RecordGo on the phone. An automated voice tells you to send an email and then hangs up
- The form on the RecordGo website is broken, I cannot get a response from anyone
