They steal my money
Review over GreenwheelsI rented the car from them. They asked me for 658 euros in advance because I had booked the car and it had to be a factor of trust. I have been waiting for my money for more than three weeks. I tried to contact them both by phone and by email. Over the phone they told me first that the money would arrive after a week (never arrived) I contacted them again and they told me that it's strange for them too that I don't receive the money and they told me to wait until November 10th because it was the billing date and therefore they would have paid (never arrived) they wash their hands to dab and make you waste time. By email you always get the usual answer, that the money will be sent to the account after billing, DO NOT GIVE THESE THIEVES MONEY! This matter does not end there. Greetings After a months they still dont give my money (another thing) they send an email saying that i have to give them 256 euro When is not true at all. You as company compare to Lupin (you are the best stealer that i see in my life) its end of november they dont answer anymore. And Just Keep my money. 26 november 2022
