We also had a very bad experience with rent-a-car Rocord-Go in Malaga
On the 1 of february we rented a car for 1 month, at Malaga Airport, with an expensive total comfort insurance
We had to collect the car, without escort, in a dark garage, on the level -2
We did not notice immediately, on the place of departure, that there was a scratch on the coachwork of the car
3 weeks, ofter bringing the car in, Record-Go pinched 376,12 euro from our visa card, without any explanation.
After several e-mails, they pretended it was, so to say the repair charges for the (existing!) scratch.
8 weeks later, alter a letter of our lawyer, Record-Go has refunded that amount, so to say as a goodwill accommodation.
How many hirers before and after us have already compensate for this existing scratch ?
Rent-a-car by Record-Go ? Never again !
