Under absolutely no circumstances you should book a car with them. I just did, and it was a €600 mistake. I had an insurance through a third party. I had an issue with a wheel. I called Drivalia and they told me to contact their road assitance. The service was great, they came within 15 minutes. But guess what, because I was more than 150km from their office, they charged me €600!!! It doesn't make ANY sense at all. They called a local guy, who was there super fast. There is no link between the distance to the office and the price charged. TOTAL NONSENSE. STAY AWAY!
