The owner of the car that I have rented received a parking fine. I have contested the fine with the Municipality, won the appeal. However, even though I was all the time in contact with the support team of SnappCar, and received assurances they will not send this to a collection agency until there is a final verdict on the fine, I`ve got an email from Incasso asking me to pay in 2 days or bring me to court.
Terrible, terrible service. I do NOT recommend!
