Bad experience

Car rental - contratto: 11212548 cliente: 9910784 Catania.

I rented a car. Good condition. No problem.
Yesterday i returned the car in Catania. The employee noticed a scratch on the plastic bumper.
With much imatination you can see something (?). When i picked up the car the employee told me: "we don't notice that as a damage" (?)
Goldcar will charge me 216 euro for this joke. Thats making easy money on
the client and no way to traet customers.
When i make a mistake, i will take my responsibility and pay for damage.
In this case they just want to make more profit
On my trip in sicili i had no incident whatever.
Every year i rent cars for holyday. I never had an experience like this. Very sad.
