don't rent there!!!!

free cancelling is a lie - they took my money, their partner went bankrupt and I never saw my money back nor my car. i had to rent a car in the last moment - 5 times the price. And they are not in charge of anything - it's a theft!!

We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience, AtlasChoice was indeed one of our former partners. The partner is unable to honor its commitments and no longer pays renters. We directly terminated their collaboration as soon as we learned about their practices.

We want to emphasize that we are not frauds and therefore not stealing from our customers. HAPPYCAR recommends you to request your bank to refund the money to your bank account immediately. Unfortunately, in your case we do not have the legal rights to do so.

HAPPYCAR did not trade the offers of AtlasChoice on its Dutch webpage (HAPPYCAR.nl). For this reason, this message does not concern any Dutch customer of HAPPYCAR.nl.

We advise to contact our customer service in case there are questions or if you need additional information to initiate a refund procedure.
