Ripped Off!

One Saturday morning, I booked a cheap small car online for immediate use. On arrival at the Amsterdam West office, they said I had booked the car for the Tuesday by mistake, so the car I ordered wasn't available, so they offered me an upgrade! Great! Just needed a car asap!
I wasn't advised of any extra cost at that time. When I received the invoice to pay, they charged for the upgrade to the BMW estate €93 extra, plus out of hours of €53, and added EVERY possible insurance to the policy!
I refuelled and returned the car 6 hours later that same day.
Instead of cancelling my initial booking (because it was the wrong date and the specific vehicle wasn't available), they charged me €356!!!! The original booking was for approx €60, and the cost for the BMW should have cost €75 for a day!!
Even after explaining to customer service even the guy on the phone agreed it was unprofessional not to have cancelled the booking and make a fresh one, they re-evaluated my invoice and reduced it €11..
I WILL NEVER USE THIS RIP-OFF COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!
