I am sorry but I do not speak dutch, but I know many Dutch people read English.

I also have used TopAutoverhuur but I used their free APP.

I found it very useful and I believe the rates were slightly lower than their website.

I found the maps helpful also, as I was not familiar with Amsterdam geography.

Being able to save the confirmation rental car voucher to my iPhone was also very handy.
