Long line, up to 4 hours we had to wait before we could pick up our car. We got a car which was damaged a lot. We went back but they told us they had no other car and knew about the damage. After we returned the car, everything was fine by inspection. But i received an email a few days later. They claimed they did saw damage and that they would keep 350 euro in from the deposit.
