Do NOT rent with OK MOBILITY! YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!!!

I rented online a car for ten days from 18/7 till 28/7 at the OK Mobility office at Malaga Airport and payed online the full booking price with maximal platinum insurance.

When I arrived at Malaga airport they made me pay an extra deposit of 520 euro because my credit card is a pre paid card, telling me I would get this deposit back after returning the car. If I did not pay the extra 520 euro I would not get the car I rented and would not be refunded for my purchase. But no worries they said, it is just a deposit. The full Platinum insurance I booked covered everything anyway they said.

When I returned the car after the 10 day rental period they assured me again the deposit would be refunded. The car was brought back undamaged, as the documents I received also stated.

Now after waiting a month for my refund I contacted the customer service of OK Mobility by mail to ask why I did not get my refund yet.

Now someone answers me that this deposit of 520 euro is non refundable. Mailing back and forth about this with a person called 'Carlos Z', who, by the way, is mailing me back late evening, I keep getting the same answer back: your deposit is non refundable.

So I paid the full renting price with the most expensive platinum insurance and ended by getting ripped of for an extra amount of 520 euro!! This rental car has cost me almost 1000 euro for 10 days!!

Please be careful, this is a scamming company who lies to you, makes you pay big extra amounts when you want to pick up the car and has no shame nor hesitation to rip there customers off for really big amounts!!

BE AWARE DO NOT RENT FROM OK MOBILITY!!!
