Zeer slechte ervaring en als dan reviews leest van dit bedrijf ben ik zeker niet alleen! Uren wachttijd, wil je sneller worden geholpen, betaal je 40 euro. Ze proberen je dan extra verzekering aan te smeren. Wil je niet, werkt jouw creditcard niet. Vecht dit aan via ECC, Europese consumentendienst! Samen staan we sterk

Very disappointing experience with OK Mobility Malaga.

After renting a car for 9 days, I was charged €80 for a so-called “special cleaning” because there was some sand inside the vehicle. The car had been used for a family beach holiday and contained a normal amount of sand, but there was no damage, no stains, no rubbish and no excessive dirt.

What disappointed me most was not even the charge itself, but the way it was handled. The employee conducting the return inspection was unfriendly, seemed determined to find a reason to charge additional fees and was not interested in having a reasonable discussion. When I questioned the charge and asked for clarification, she simply referred to the terms and conditions and refused to engage any further.

The rental agreement states that the vehicle should be returned in a “reasonably clean” condition. In my opinion, the condition of the vehicle clearly met that requirement. A quick vacuum clean would have been more than sufficient. Charging €80 for this feels excessive, unreasonable and completely disproportionate.

Unfortunately, this experience left me with the impression that the company is actively looking for opportunities to generate additional revenue through extra charges at vehicle return.

I will not be renting from OK Mobility again and would advise others to carefully inspect and document everything when returning a vehicle.
