Bad service and no respect

They gave us a car which wasn't good and powerful enough to drive in Madeira. They did admit it when we asked about it. After that things went really bad! A long story short: We've been treated really bad and without any respect by the supervisor and some of her coworkers of OK Mobility in Madeira. They were talking in portugues about us and laughing about us, right in front of us. The supervisor kept us calling her every day for another car, which we asked for. She promised us another car on monday. On sunday she told us to call back on monday at 9.00. So we did. Her coworkers told us the supervisor was not there and was away for a holiday!!! How???!! Then her coworker asked us to call back in 15 minutes to see if she could help us. But our calls were NEVER answered. Even using another mobile phone did not solve the problem. They refussed to answer every Dutch number!! Calling the customer service of OK Mobility was also impossible. The number we got ànd the number mentioned at the website are not in use!!!
We feel really really bad. Be smart and don't rent a car at OK Mobility in Madeira!!
