After returning from travel we received first a telephone call from Firefly in Alicante and subsequently a bill for a "missing" parcell shelf (€ 474). Let me be very clear: There was NO parcell shelf in the car when we picked it up! False Damage Claim!!
Be Aware! And rent a car from another, more trustworthy Company.
