Very unhappy with the course of affairs by Maggiore and still waiting for response from Maggiore.

I rented a car in Catania from 2-7 May, dropped it off out-of-hours (5:45 in the morning) and received an invoice with €150 extra charge. We are very unhappy with this, since we have been very very careful and 100% sure that we have made no damage at all to the car.
