Very bad experience

I booked car for my trip to milan, they gave me car operator who was fraud which I came to know later after checking their review. The car operator Autovia try to scam my credit card and when confronted gave bad excuse.
I informed this to holidaycars as I had purchased their all inclusive insurance but initially they did not respond, but after multiple messages they told us that this is not covered in the insurance and the car operator was correct.
I think they risk their clients when they provide such dangerous and untrustworthy operators.
