Worst service ever. Never ever will rent again via holiday cars. We concluded a full insurance with holiday cars, got the conformation, and then, at the office where we were picking up the car they said to us that we didn't have the full insurance. They insisted that we had to also conclude the full insurance with them. So we did because we didn't want to drive the car uninsured. After calling with holiday cars (with a guy who barely spoke English) it was confirmed to us that we were indeed fully insured with holiday cars and that we shouldn't have concluded with ok cars an insurance. But they didn't want to support us to fix it and neither did ok cars when we turned to them. Both referred to articles in our contract that they admitted they "forgot" us to explain and both blamed the other company (and no, we're not stupid, both have a university degree.....). So, cheap cars, worst service.
