My VISA Credit Card was rejected because my first name was not written in full on my credit card. In the Netherlands always the initials of the first names together with the full last name are on the creditcard. When this is the rule, then we cannot use our credit card. \\r\\nOnly option was to take a second FULL PROTECTION from them ( paying twice ), and then the same 'rejected credit card was OK to pay the 'full insurance again. Contacting EasyTerra didn't solve anything. It's not their responsibility. They are only a middleman in the deal, without responsibilities.
