i have been vip at centauro for 10 years and suddenly they have charged me 250euro for a scratch underside of front bumper . IT was there bfore but probably not indicated in their sum up of the many scratches on that already worn out car upon take up .I have behaved as loyal good customer for years and they have not given a positive reply to my complaint afterwards . THis is probably because of their own bureaucracy or new policy .Stupid on their side since now Centauro never again .They are destroying their marketshare of good loyal well behaving regular customers
